Prestige Extreme is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our growing team. This position is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs using Tebis Software to produce high-quality precision components. The ideal candidate will have a strong machining background, experience programming CNC equipment with Tebis, and the ability to create efficient, accurate programs while maintaining strict quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Tebis Software.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, CAD models, and technical specifications.
- Develop efficient machining strategies to maximize productivity while maintaining quality.
- Select appropriate tooling, cutting parameters, feeds, and speeds for various machining operations.
- Collaborate with machinists and manufacturing personnel to troubleshoot programming and machining issues.
- Verify program accuracy prior to production and make adjustments as necessary.
- Continuously improve machining processes to reduce cycle times and increase efficiency.
- Maintain accurate program documentation and revision control.
- Ensure all work meets customer specifications and company quality standards.
- Follow company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of CNC programming experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience programming with Tebis software required.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
- Thorough understanding of machining practices, tooling, feeds, speeds, and precision tolerances.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and manufacturing best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
