Job Description:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support for budget management in the automotive design department.
  • Assist with finance tracking, ensuring accurate reporting and monitoring of financial data.
  • Initiate and manage purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and timelines.
  • Work closely with the finance and design teams to ensure financial transparency and efficiency.
  • Support project management and coordination efforts for design and financial operations.

Here's what else you'll bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in finance or a related role.
  • Proven experience with administrative and clerical support, particularly with budgets and financial tracking.
  • Proficiency in purchase order management, finance tracking systems, and budget tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of the automotive design or manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
